10:00-līdz vēlam vakaram / agram rītam – “Glow in the dark” zaļumballe ar DJ

11:00am – Gates open

3:00-6:00pm – Activities including wreath making, a Latvian market, sports and lawn games, etc.

6:00pm – Dinner in the dining hall

7:30pm – “Jāņi” program at the bonfire by the basket ball court

10:00pm-late night – Glow in the dark DJ dance party

Sunday

9:00am – Breakfast in the dining hall

11:00am – Church services

EVENT RULES

Clean up after yourself and take all garbage to the dumpster behind the dining hall upon departure. It is expected that all facilities used will be cleaned or tidied up to the condition they were upon arrival, or better.
Attendees must follow all county burn ban regulations. Burn ban information and recreational fire laws and regulations are available on Mason county’s website.
No fireworks.
Dogs must be leashed at all times.
No smoking in any building or structure, and at least 25 feet away from doorways and open windows.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Holder voluntarily assumes all risks, liability, and danger incidental to the ”Jāņi” (Event) at the West Coast Latvian Education Center June 22-23, 2024 for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after the Event.  By accepting this ticket and participating in the Event, holder expressly releases the West Coast Latvian Education Center, Inc. (WCLEC), and its officers, agents and volunteers, from any and all claims arising from the Event or occurring on the WCLEC property.

The WCLEC is a not-for-profit Section 501(c)(3) organization. Donors may deduct contributions to this organization as provided in the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) code.
